2. Refunds
A. Non-Refundable Aahutis
- Aahutis, whether one-time or recurring, are non-refundable once processed.
B. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
- Unauthorized transactions reported within 14 days of occurrence.
C. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited back to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation of Recurring Aahutis
A. Cancellation Policy
- Donors can cancel recurring Aahutis at any time by contacting our support team at least 5 days before the next scheduled payment date.
- After cancellation, no further charges will be made.
